Customers can sign into their accounts to find the information they want:

  • Day

• Ability to compare bills to understand why costs changed
• A rate analysis to find a potentially less expensive electric rate
• Ways to save on electric usage and costs
• Downloadable 15-minute electric interval usage and daily gas usage

CCA customers

Customers who buy their electricity or gas from a third party, such as a Community Choice Aggregation, won’t find cost and usage data in their online accounts.

To analyze your electric usage on your computer, download your usage data:

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Under "Usage and rates," in the "Bill period usage section," select "View Usage Details." 
3. Select "Green Button Download my data."

If you are a small- or medium-business on rate schedule A1, A6 or A10, you can install a device that allows you to stream near real-time electric usage data.

Share My Data is a streamlined way to share your PG&E energy data with third parties, but only after you grant authorization. Third parties may include companies that provide energy analysis and services to help your business save.

Solar, wind, and other customers on Net Energy Metering (NEM) have a statement available called Detail of Bill. It shows how much electricity was used from the PG&E network. It also shows how much electricity the customer received by time-of-use and date.

How to find your Detail of Bill: 

1. Sign into the My Account Dashboard.
2. From "My Account" Dashboard, select drop down under Billing for "All billing tasks"
3. Under "Billing," select the "All billing tasks" drop-down.
4. Under "All billing tasks,' select "Billing and Payment History."
5. Scroll down to "Quick Links' and select "Detail of Bill.”
6. Select "Show detail of bill" for the desired Service ID.
7. Select the bill period from the drop-down.

1. View by cost, kilowatt hours of usage, or kilowatts of demand.
2. Choose to download summary or 15 minute interval data from dropdown menu.
3. Customize the time period to review.
4. Hover over a billing period to see summary usage and charges.
5. Review Peak Day Pricing event days that may have affected your costs.

1. Select a default interval from one day to multi-year.
2. Hover over a day to see the cost and usage for the date.
